Missions

 

Missions work is a part of the very purpose of the church and we take this seriously. 10 percent of our general offering collected every Sunday goes towards mission endeavors. Jesus gave the instruction to take his message into all the world and we have taken this to heart.

This church is involved in sending its own members on domestic and international missions to share the good news of Jesus and to serve the poor; as well as supporting a great number of missions efforts by others. Below is a list of the missions we support:

Deaf Missions

Deaf Missions works to spread the word, love and knowledge of Jesus to those who are hearing impared using technology.  Publishing, printing, filming and mass producing spiritual resources they provide a loving and needed ministry.

 

Pioneer Bible Translators

Pioneer Bible Translators is an organization dedicated to translating the Bible into the different languages of the world in order to reach the lost with the saving message of Jesus Christ.  The Butler family is supported by our church in their work with Pioneer.

 

Nebraska Christian College

Nebraska Christian College is dedicated to knowing Christ and making him known.  Its sole purpose is the training of men and women for the ministry and providing a strong Christian environment in which all students may grow.

 

International Christian Mission

Dale Mueller is a missionary to the Philippines.  Dale travels across the country establishing new churches as he goes.  He helps support and train the people to continue the ministry of Jesus in their own communities after he is gone.
